Cancellation & Deposit Policies

Please help us in our commitment to affordability!

As a small, personable local business, we are committed to providing excellent quality at an affordable price. One of the ways that we achieve that is by efficient use of appointment times. A missed appointment or short notice cancellation represents a big cost to us and rescheduling problems for other clients looking to book in.

Due to the difficulties of filling in last-minute cancellations, we require 24 hours’ notice.

Deposits

All new clients to Future Hair design are required to pay a $50 deposit per colour service booked. Missed appointments or bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or arriving late will incur a loss of deposit. Future Hair Design reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments. No shows will be required to pay a deposit for all future appointments. Booked appointments cannot be cancelled on arrival of visit.

Cancellations

Here at Future Hair Design, we respect your time as much as we know you respect ours. Short notice cancellations, failure to attend, and arriving late (more than 10-15 minutes) disrupt our other clients and stylists. Due to the difficulties of filling in last-minute cancellations, we require 24 hours’ notice.
